Terms and Conditions
- The promoter is Music Venue Trust. Address: Studio 215, Mare Street Studios, 203-213 Mare Street, London E8 3LY.
- The Promotion shall run for the duration of the National Lottery’s Revive Live Tour, with the first concert being on 25th June 2022.
- This Promotion is open to anyone who purchases a ticket for a National Lottery Revive Live Tour concert. If the concert ticket holder presents a valid National Lottery product (that has been purchased in accordance with the National Lottery rules) alongside their concert ticket on entry to the venue, they can bring one guest to that concert free of charge.
- Any National Lottery games (including National Lottery draw-based games and National Lottery scratchcards and instant win games) purchased in-store or and online (including on The National Lottery /via app) qualify and may be used for the Promotion. Proof of purchase of a National Lottery game can be either a physical National Lottery product or by showing a National Lottery ticket game played online or via The National Lottery’s app. This must be presented alongside a valid concert ticket when entering the venue.
- Travel and accommodation are not included and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the concert ticket or participation in the Promotion.
- In relation to concert attendance on the day, the venue’s decision is final.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a ticketholder.
- The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or postpone the offer. In the event of cancellation there will be no compensation for the free promotional entry that can be redeemed alongside a purchased concert ticket, or for the National Lottery product used for the offer.
- The ticketholder agrees to comply with all conditions of entry applicable at the venue(s) and also comply with all ticket terms and conditions which can be found by following the links at

- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, losses, liabilities (including those which were reasonably foreseeable, or which we would have anticipated that you might incur due to a special circumstance of which we were aware), injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you in connection with this Promotion. Nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for fraud or for death or personal injury as a result of the Promoter’s negligence.
- If any of these terms and conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, subject to any mandatory provisions of local laws. If you are resident in Scotland, you may bring your claim before the Scottish or English courts.
